Let's face it... a culture that can't take care of its children is a culture on the road to oblivion...
VANCOUVER -- "Only one-third of aboriginal students are graduating, with the rate dropping 1.3% last year, according to a school board report."

"The same report sampled groups of aboriginal pupils in elementary schools and found the students are three times more likely to miss class, and tend to have 20% lower literacy and numeracy scores than non-aboriginal students."
That's among the one third that graduates, I presume?

Let's face it... even 12 billion dollars per year can't provide every aboriginal child with an $850.00 per day consulting gig.

Two words... parental... responsibility. The "communities" always seem to be able to blockade a highway or converge on Parliament Hill at will. How about a little nurturing for your own children?
