A 29-year-old woman was slain in an apartment at 15 Sewells Road on Tuesday night. The apartment building is in the east end of Scarborough, near Neilson Road and McLevin Avenue.
Police have arrested Peter Gulyas, 35, a neighbour, and charged him with second-degree murder.
