They call themselves the “Niqabitches.” --

Two French female students are strutting around Paris in niqabs, hot pants and high heels to protest France’s burka ban, which goes into effect early next year.
Quite frankly... I'm baffled by this... I just don't get what these women are trying to accomplish.

In their own words...
On the news Web site, rue89, the women, students in their 20s, write, “We asked ourselves: ‘How would the authorities react when faced with women wearing a burka and mini-shorts?’”
Well ladies... I'm just spitballin' here... but I'm guessing they aren't likely to physically harm you, unlike, say... dear old Muslim Mum & Dad.

Pre-trial motions start Tuesday in the case of members of a Montreal family accused of murder and conspiracy in the deaths of four female relatives in June 2009 in Kingston, Ont.

The bodies of sisters Zainab, 19, Sahari, 17, and Geeti, 13, along with Rona Amir Mohammad, 50, were found in a submerged car near the Kingston Mills Locks June 30, 2009.

The 30-year-old obtained U.S. citizenship in April 2009, but said Tuesday it was only a ploy.
