Well... thanks to Ontario's fuzzy-bunny, hug-a-thug legal system, you're never gonna know their names... but at least they've been arrested.At just about eight-months of age she was left in a frozen stairwell at a North York plaza and now, nearly four months later, police say they've arrested two people in connection to the abandonment of the youngster known as "Baby Angelica-Leslie".Sterilise these two... then lock them up.
