Burying the tomahawk...

...right between her own lily white shoulders...insert alt text here
"A radio interview with Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren turned awkward Friday after the host pressed the candidate over her past claims of Native American ancestry and told her, 'You're kind of like the original Rachel Dolezal'."
That's gonna leave a mark.

Reg: "All right, but apart from the sanitation, medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, the fresh water system and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?"
So what do the Canadian people get for almost 100 million dollars and years of career politicians wining & dining themselves all around the country?
The $92M national inquiry concludes "We do know that thousands of Indigenous women, girls and 2SLGBTQQIA (two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex and asexual) have been lost to "the Canadian genocide" to date.
Nothing, of course, one wouldn't expect... the usual neo-marxist jargon.
Crown-Indigenous Relations Minister Carolyn Bennett's office issued a statement saying the minister wouldn't comment on the report's findings.

Crucially for a prevailing stereotype related to the issue, nearly 90 per cent of murders of aboriginal women were solved, a rate that barely differed from that of non-aboriginal women (88 versus 89 per cent).

Of the 2,500 murdered aboriginal Canadians, murdered in Canada between 1982 and 2011, fully 71 per cent — 1,750 — were male, and 745 were female.
Apparently the Commish doesn't give a goose feather about dead aboriginal dudes.

LAST WORD: How about protecting aboriginal children...

...from their parents?
"The rate of deaths from injuries is 3 to 4 times higher for Aboriginal children than for other children in Canada."

And...
One in 10 aboriginal children now lands in foster care, compared to one in 200 for non-aboriginal children, the AFN said.

There are currently three times as many children in foster care as there were in residential schools.
The numbers don't lie. Politicians do.
