Last week, Vice President Joe Biden warned that more people would likely be raped and murdered if President Obama's jobs bill is not passed.Behold Barack Obama's handpicked backup plan... a guy who makes Dan Quayle look like a theoretical physicist.
Today, Biden reiterated his warning at an event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

biden gives a whole new meaning to the word moron...
"Biden is taking some heat for comments he made to the New York Observer, in which he said of Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., a rival for the nomination: 'I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man.'"
and he still got picked for veep. those two obviously deserve each other.
