another bloc-head
A Bloc Québécois MP running for re-election in northern Quebec apologized Friday for "suggesting" an opponent can’t win because he’s aboriginal.

“Certain voters will not choose the New Democratic Party now that they’re running an aboriginal candidate,” Bloc MP Yvon Lévesque told the news website, Rue Frontenac.
Note, if you will... the delicate use of the word "misstep". And, of course... this is only a "suggestion"... not anything of actual import.

Now try imagine how this incident would have been reported... had a Conservative MP been involved.
