What the average workers at the Big Three need to do is all quit and dump their union, elect new people who are willing to speak reason and then approach the Big Three with the concessions they are willing to take to prevent their jobs from being lost.
Otherwise like many other places, the Union Bosses are going to ride these jobs into the ground.
